On Saturday night we went to Ethel M. Chocolate Factory. The lights this year are great. It seems like they did a lot more than last. Crazy thing happened there though. You would think at a place for families, everyone would be happy and in the Christmas spirit...not in this case. Cason and a friend had to break up two grown men fighting. It was out of control. A dad was yelling and swearing at his kids, the other guy made a comment about that being inappropriate...they yelled at each other for a minute and then BAM they went at it. It was awful. The kids were screaming and crying and all upset. Needless to say they weren't asked to leave and the swearing dad ending up in front of us in line for Santa, trying to act like he was the greatest thing around! DUH!!!
So I am such a huge slacker. Here are some pictures from decorating our Christmas tree and outside. The last 3 years we haven't had our own house to decorate and I've been finding that I have a lot less stuff than I thought I had. It was kind of depressing. Now I'm just excited to start collecting!!!

What a crazy time that was at Ethel M's, for a split second I thought you were going to say that Cason got into the fight. The Disney snow globe looks cute. Don't worry about not having anything to decorate with, before you know it your house will look like mine the week before Christmas.
Oh my goodness! What a crazy time at the chocolate factory! We love to go there too! It's one of Jason's favorite things to do. I can't figure out though if it's because it's so pretty or Free!:)
Anyway cute pics, I love your snow globe!
Wow, so much for wholesome family fun! I bet Ella loved the lights though. Clayton loves looking at Christmas lights. I love your decorations! I like to get one nice decoration a year. My collection has grown very slowly, but I love every piece! I recommend doing this if you don't have lots of decorations!
People get so agitated and harsh this time of year! That's terrible. Especially in front of all the families with kids! Did you at least get some chocolate? I love that place, and lately I've been craving See's candy! When are you due, Amanda? I know it's coming up soon. I'm so excited for you guys. Your house is darling, and love all the decorations! We've been married 7 years, and I'm still collecting christmas stuff. It's a work in progress.
That is a crazy story--I hope no one was hurt too bad. I hate to see people hit each other--it is so weird.
On another note--I can't believe how soon your babe is coming! Don't worry, everything will fall into place. I can't wait to see pics of him!!

Good job Cason!!! That is crazy! I hate when parents swear at there kids. It breaks my heart!
Fun times!! Ella looks like a good helper hanging her ornament!
We were so glad you joined us for dinner on Sunday night - you make for great company!!! We will have to do it again some time, maybe even some time that we can follow-up dinner with some Luv-its!!!
Oh the crazy people out there. Looks like you guys are having a great holiday. I'm so excited for your new little one. Ella will be a great big sister. You have nothing to worry about! I'm coming down to Vegas on the 21 so I'll call you and maybe I can come see you?! LOVES
So this is actually Tianna but I think I am so out of the loop with this whole blog thing. I guess that will have to be my New Years Resolution to put together one. Congrats on the new coming baby. We are due in March as well. Don't know what we are having, hoping for a girl but will have to take whatever. I am assuming you got my Christmas gift I left at your parents. We will be in Sacramento for Christmas this year. Send me an email with your email address. Dentalqtpie@yahoo.com
I know what you mean. I think I have more holiday decorations than I really do. I pull them all out of boxes and then stand around like....that's all!
Oh how fun to decorate for the holidays! I love Christmas!!!!!! I wish it would last like five months. Okay so that's pushing it a little. Speaking of pushing . . . how creepy that those men were going at each other. A few months ago I took Dawson to the Train Museum, and these two OLD (like 65 and 80) grandpas were completely going at each other. Dawson and I ended up getting a year pass to a bunch of fun places since we were the only ones there to witness it. It's so sad to see something like that at a "good" place.
Happy holidays and good luck with that cute new babe!
ok, that is so funny! I hate parents like that! That is so out of control! But I always want to be that person that tells the swearing parent to get a grip!!! Oh Im so glad I was raised with morals!
I love Ella...Anythings a necklace right?!?
